it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My amazing Kindergarteners are innately curious about how things work and love to create and explore new concepts together.
They are inquisitive, persistent, and resilient.
They are developing their skills as global leaders and lifelong learners. My students have learned that they have the power to change their future and make a difference in the global community. Our school is located in an urban neighborhood in San Diego. My students are challenged to think, play and create while exploring and learning in mathematics, science, and art.
My Project
Transportation to The New Children's Museum in San Diego will provide my students with a field trip they will never forget. They will have the opportunity to explore the Museum’s variety of interactive exhibits. They will be able to do hands-on exploration in science and math activities and will participate in a variety of cognitive and physical activities that will build their interpersonal skills and creativity.
Your contribution to this project will be able to bring learning to life for my students.
Collaboration and exploration are things we immerse ourselves in regularly in our classroom, but the opportunity to go to the New Children's Museum would create a very memorable and positive experience for my students.
