Kindergarteners Love Science!

My students need materials to aid in their natural discovery of science. Instant STEM Learning Centers and Problem Solving STEM Kits make the learning process exciting!

My Students

All students carry with them a natural curiosity to the world around them. My students enjoy experimenting and learning about real people, places and things! These Kindergarten students are active and curious about their world!

These kindergarten students are eager to learn new things.

The smallest things that we, as adults, take for granted can make their day! Watching my students, who begin the school year without the ability to read, transform before my eyes into readers and writers is the most amazing sight. I would like to encourage my kindergarteners to add scientists to that list of things they can be!

My Project

Students will be using the various STEM kits and centers during our science time to help them understand science concepts. Materials will allow them the possibility of exploring and answering questions in regard to magnets, force and motion, and buoyancy (just to name a few). There is even a STEM kit that connects science with our fairytale unit in Language Arts! The materials align with the state core standards and will enhance classroom instruction making science exciting! They will learn that they can be a scientist, and they can learn through discovery.

Science can be overlooked with so much to teach.

Integrating science activities such as the ones the STEM kits will allow, creates a positive and fun learning environment. Students experience hands-on instruction, instead of only learning about science from a book. Lives change as they learn how to problem solve, create, communicate, and share. It is my goal to help instill a love for science in my students.
