My Project
Students will use their personal writing journal throughout the year. At the beginning of the year we will begin the writing process by drawing pictures, practicing letters and labeling. As we progress through the year we will use our personal writing journals to begin writing sentences and stories. It is fun to look back through their journals and see how much their writing progresses throughout the year. Parents also enjoy looking at their progress when they visit. Finally, students love writing in their journals and sharing what they wrote during our share circle.
