My Project

Our class is so excited to help our Earth! After learning about recycling and reusing materials on Earth Day, my class was ready to do our part to help make our planet a beautiful place that we will be able to enjoy for years to come.

My students are little, but we can make a big impact.

In our small, rural community, recycling is not used in most of my students family homes. Many of my students knew nothing about recycling and the environment so learning about Earth Day was a new experience for them. The materials I am requesting would help us do our part for the environment. The recycling bins will help us keep our recyclables separate from our trash, the books will help us learn more about recycling, and the activities and toys will help my students learn and remember about helping our planet in a fun way. Thank you so much for looking at our project.
