This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Technology has become a major source of information for everyone including the youngest learners. It would be amazing to be able to create a learning space with basic classroom needs like spiral notebooks, crayons, and bright paper to enhance their knowledge and education. Touchscreen tablets are right at the level that kindergarteners need in order to manipulate and use them to effectively for learning. Many math, reading, and phonics programs are designed specifically for children their age.

Touchscreen tablets and headphones would give my kindergartners the opportunity to develop and practice their skills learned in class in a fun and engaging manner.
