This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My favorite thing about teaching kindergarten is watching young students learn and grow through their first experiences at school. My goal is to teach them to love learning. The best way to do this is to make learning fun.

I would love to give each student a mini whiteboard so they can practice what we are learning as they sit on the floor during my lessons.

I would love to give them so fun math manipulatives as they learn number sense. I also want to have some fun rewards and incentives to encourage good behavior.
