My Students

I am the proud teacher of the sweetest 5 and 6 year old kindergarten students. I feel extremely blessed to be able to work with them daily! They come to school ready and eager to learn every day. My students also come from homes that do not have the resources that they need and deserve.

As their teacher, I feel it is my place to make sure that my students have all the materials they need to help them become successful kindergartners.

My Project

My students need these Writing Journals, Sentence Strips and Crayons to use during our daily Handwriting time. My Kindergarten students practice their handwriting by writing a sentence daily and illustrating it. Having these Writing Journals will allow my students to have all of their sentences and illustrations in a journal as an awesome memory that they can keep forever. My students will also use the Sentence Strips to practice writing Sentences and the Crayons to illustrate their writings.

A donation to this basic supplies project will allow my students to have access to the everyday materials they need and deserve.

It is my goal and I intend to do my best to help make this year a positive and effective experience for each and every one of my students.
