My Project
As a new kindergarten teacher this year, there are a lot of new activities and materials I need to ensure that my kindergarteners will be able to learn in an age-appropriate way. Kindergarten students learn skills social skills such as taking turns and working together through play. hey also learn and practice academics by writing out plans, menus or bills as well as reading and math while building and using imaginative play.
In addition to play, kindergarten students also benefit from hands on activities where they can manipulate objects such as disks or alphabet stamps and word/letter cards.
With a class of 24 students, being able to provide technology that provides instant feedback to their learning is also very beneficial to my students.
