My Students

Kindergarten students are learning to read! These fun activities will make learning so much fun!

I teach kindergarten in a high poverty school in Arizona.

Our students come to kindergarten with very few academic skills. Our students attend full-day kindergarten. Most of our students' homes have very little reading materials for their children.

My Project

I am requesting reading and math materials like practice cards and boards that will be used in our stations. These include number activities as well as reading activities. These activities will be used each day during stations to help our children learn their alphabet and their numbers. This will be a fun way for them to learn.

These activities will be able to be used by this year's kindergarten students as well as many classes in the future.

I look forward to seeing how much joy these activities bring to their learning.
