This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We have been using iPads in our classrooms to help our students stay engaged during their learning. They are using iPads to work on their individualized math lessons, play phonics games, and read digital texts on Raz-Kids. This is one of the many ways my students learn during their independent work time. Headphones will help my students stay focused without making a distraction for other students in the classroom while they are listening to a book or playing an educational game, or watching a lesson video.
Having headphones and a charging station in the classroom will greatly enhance the learning experience for my kindergarten class.
We will have an organized area where we can keep all the devices together. We will also be able to keep them charged so we can use the iPads right when we need them during the day!
