This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting math activities that will be used for all my current students and many students to come over the next few years. I love using hands-on activities to help my students learn to love mathematics and also they get to learn how to work together and share materials. These activities will be used in my math groups to help with number recognition, sequencing, addition, and subtraction. I enjoy letting my students be a part of all their classroom learning and by using the Circle time center all my students will have hands-on opportunities to learn kindergarten standards. Students learn best from each other and you would help provide that my many kindergarteners.
