Kindergarten Foundations

Help me give my students foundational classroom creative supplies and opportunities to display their work in our classroom.

My Project

Having an organized classroom full of creative supplies increases my students' opportunities for a hands-on learning experience. This hands-on learning experience will allow students to retain the knowledge they have acquired. Having places to display students' work gives students a sense of accomplishment upon completing their assignment. They will be more motivated to complete assignments in the future. The ceiling hooks and paper holders will help with displaying student work. Book bins, storage containers, and drawer organizers will allow students easy and organized access to materials that are needed for various classroom writing and art projects.

An organized and creative classroom creates an environment where students can explore, grow and increase learning.

In kindergarten, it is critical that students have a hands-on learning experience which allows them to make connections to topics and creates a love for life long learning. The magnetic tiles, paint brushes, napkins, coffee filters, and color ink refills are materials that will be used in a variety of art projects through the year, such as holidays around the world (Christmas tree to display projects), self portraits (brushes), color chart (coffee filters and napkins) ink refills (color printed materials).
