This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have picked a few items that I need in order for my classroom to be successful. In the cart, I have Play-Doh and Play-Doh tools. I need the Play-Doh for students to use to make things such as letters and numbers. This makes learning a little more fun. It also allows my special needs students to have sensory breaks. When they are done with their work they can use it to play.

I am also asking for glue sticks because in kindergarten we practice a lot of cutting and gluing, which is an important fine motor skill that the students will always need.

I also need laminating sheets and ink. I have a printer and laminator in my classroom and I need these materials to make resources (such as different Play-Doh mats) for the students.
