This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
According to a study by Dell Technology , 85% of jobs in 2030 do not exist yet. A large portion of this statistic is credited to the fact that technology is always adapting and changing in our world. Because of this, it is imperative for students to have ample opportunities to engage with and learn about new technologies. In our Kindergarten classrooms, students have access to technology and through their use of technology, students learn problem-solving skills and increase their tech literacy.
One type of technology our classes lack is equipment to provide early opportunities for students to practice and learn about coding.
With the addition of coding robots, students will be able to work together to learn more about coding and technology of the future. By donating to this project, you will support Kindergarten students' ability to use modern-day technology, enhance their problem solving skills and help prepare students for adaptations of technology in the future!
