My Project

School has just began and our classroom library is a favorite place for my kinders to go. But it is missing books. I would love to increase the numbers of books I have and to start a weekly book bags program. This would allow each child to take home 3 or 4 books a week to share with their parents. They would bring them back the next week and get to pick another bag to take home. With the limited amount I have currently, this is not possible. Please help make this possible so my students have the ability to enjoy a variety of books. Also in my shopping list is bilingual books for my ESOL students who have parents who only speak Spanish. This will give them the ability to be able to read with their child. Every child should have the access to books to take home and read with their families and this project will do this.
