KinderBabies: Got Water! I Don't Think So!

My students need water in the classroom because they don't have access to a drinking fountain and they get thirsty.

My Students

My students are a wonderful and exciting group of four and five-year-old boys and girls, in an ICT (integrated collaborative teaching) classroom. This means that 40% of my students are in special education, and the rest are in general education.

We are a Title I school and work hard to ensure that everyone learns and succeeds.

I want them to have everything they need and deserve to have to make their school year exciting and fun, as well as productive and successful throughout the entire year.

My Project

My students are amazing! They love to learn and come to school. I want to ensure that they have everything they need to make learning easy, fun and exciting. Water should not be an issue. When they go to gym class, recess on a hot day or are just plain thirsty they should be able to have access to water. Well, we don't. Our fountain does not work. These 8 oz bottles of water are our only opportunity to have water throughout the hot Spring months.

Did you know 70% of the Earth's atmosphere is made of water?

That said we don't have access to a drop of it in our classroom. Please help!
