My Project
Learning to read starts with understanding how letters and sounds work together. The Alphabet Arc and Alphamagnets Small Group set is a hands-on tool that will help students build phonemic awareness, letter recognition, and sound-letter correspondence during small group instruction.
I'm requesting a set of ABC Arcs and Alphamagnets for my students to use as a part of small group instruction.
Students will be able to manipulate letters physically, strengthening neural connections and literacy skills. This product aligns with the Science of Reading and supports all learners, especially those who benefit from multi-sensory strategies.
ABC arcs are highly effective and engaging as they support letter recognition and sequencing, reinforce phonemic awareness and phonics, engage multiple learning modalities, promote independence and differentiation, and provide a consistent visual anchor. ABC arc mats are an important tool for help kindergarten students build the foundational skills they need to become fluent, confident readers.
