Help me give my students a chance to explore life on the farm through imaginative play that builds language, social skills, and curiosity about where our food comes from.

My Project

Kindergarten is full of creativity, excitement, and wonder! Every day, they come to school eager to learn, play, and explore the world around them. Dramatic play is one of their favorite parts of the day — it's where they take on roles, solve problems together, and build language in meaningful ways. This farm-themed play area will give them the chance to become little farmers, care for animals, "grow" fruits and vegetables, and sell their harvest at a pretend market.

Each resource — from animal props to play food will help them practice early math skills like counting and sorting, build reading and writing skills through labeled items and pretend menus, and explore farm-to-table concepts in a hands-on, meaningful way.

Most importantly, it will give them a joyful space to work together, use their imaginations, and connect classroom learning to the real world.
