My Project

My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am determined to create a “Kindness Kart" to teach and lead acts of kindness. I want our students to be able to feel the joy of giving to others “just because!”

Students here go above and beyond daily and deserve to have an opportunity to show kindness to classmates they feel have gone above and beyond or those who deserve recognition.

I want to create a Kindness Kart for our school. The students will be chosen weekly to travel the halls with a cart and reward prechosen students with a treat. I want students to have the opportunity to give back to their school community. Students will be selected weekly to help spread kindness throughout the school.

This is a huge opportunity for our students to learn about kindness, helping others, acknowledging others for their hard work, and even bringing a smile to someone's face.

I want students to understand how little acts of kindness can make a huge impact.
