My Project

I teach our youngest learners in a Transitional Kindergarten class. I aim to create students who have a strong desire to learn. In our classroom we learn through play. The kids engage with materials that meet them at their skill level and engage them through interesting themes. Because we learn through this way, I have an enormous amount of game boards, manipulative and themes. At this time, students do not have a good way to organize and store these materials. The latch totes I am requesting would help students have sorted and stored play-based materials for years to come. Through this organizational system I will better be able to access activities that are specific to student needs and interests. Without this organizational system, students experience wasted time finding materials and activities I may already have. I appreciate any donations that are made towards supporting my students.
