My Project

As an early childhood educator for 13 years, there is nothing more rewarding than to see the excitement of a 4 year old when you can enhance their learning experience. The students I am honored to work with face some of the most challenging situations in their personal lives but are some of the most resilient in the world.

Providing scooters for each one of my students will enhance their school learning experience in so many ways.

Balance, motor skill development, muscle development, coordination, and decision making skills are just a few of the benefits. Most importantly social skills, exercise, and exploration are even greater benefits in the technology age we live in where children spend so much time in front of a screen. Lastly, how cool would it be to come to school and have your very own scooter to explore your community with!
