This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in a 7th grade English language arts (ELA) classroom to continue to improve their reading and writing skills. But more than just classwork, we also work on making positive choices to increate productivity. They are hardworking students who do their very best when challenged. This project would help to give them motivation to meet their daily, weekly or quarterly goals that we set each quarter, by providing them with school appropriate incentives, such as cool bookmarks, fidget toys, snacks, erasers, stickers, and pencils that they can work towards each week.
