Kidney Table for Speech Therapy

Help me give my students an optimal space for small group interactions, allowing for focused and effective instruction, particularly for students needing personalized support.

My Project

In our speech therapy room, a kidney table will create the perfect setting for targeted small group instruction, allowing me to work closely with students who need personalized speech and language support. Students will be able to work on improving their articulation (correcting speech sound errors to improve clarity during classroom participation), language (enhancing the ability to follow instructions, comprehend classroom lessons, and process information, building vocabulary and sentence structure to help students express their thoughts and ideas in class and written work), fluency (assisting students with stuttering or other disruptions in the flow of speech to communicate more effectively in academic and social contexts) and voice (helping students with voice disorders modulate their pitch, volume, and tone for clearer classroom communication) in a small group setting.

This table will foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment where I can address each child's specific needs more effectively, enhancing their communication skills and confidence in a comfortable, organized space.
