This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically.
My Project
The donations to this project will help get my student a place in which we can work in small groups. working in small groups will help my students' understanding of and competency in authentic, meaningful instruction. Coming back from a pandemic, we are in need of small centered instruction that can focus on the individual needs of each student. This kidney table will allow me to pull math and writing small groups and give students the opportunity to learn in a way that will stick with them over a long period of time.
