My Students

Our students come from many different backgrounds, culturally, linguistically, socially, and economically. Over 40% of our students are from low-income households and/or speak a language other than English at home.

Our diverse population helps to create a unique community of understanding and caring students who support tolerance and the appreciation of others who are different from you.

These kids praise each other's differences and understand that it is through compassion that they can make a difference in this world.

The community here at our school is one of inclusivity. The diverse population helps the kids to see that we are all different, and that is what makes us special. These are some of the sweetest kids I have ever met, and they teach me to be a better person every day.

My Project

This is my first year as yearbook adviser for our middle school. We put out a beautiful product, but we are in desperate need of current technology to truly make our yearbook a success and to help these kids learn the most. Storage for photos is a premium and we could really use some new stuff to hold all of these memories.

Middle school is a time of growth and change, and a quality yearbook helps to make those experiences into permanent memories.Our students have told us how much the yearbook means to them, and I would really love to give them a great book.

We need this to help us organize our photos so we can keep them safe and ready for upload. We would really appreciate any help you can offer to get our project under way.
