My Students

Our students are amazing! They are geared up and ready to learn new and innovative skills and sports, they are self-starters. Our students want to learn and are hands-on in their approach to learning.

Our school is a high needs, low poverty area and even with the obstacles our students face on a daily basis they dress up and show up to learn.

Our students take advantage of every opportunity that comes their way and are grateful for those opportunities.

Bringing new and innovative skills to our students keeps them enthusiastic about Physical Education and life-long exercise to keep them healthy and fit.

My Project

As educators in Physical Education we are intent on getting our students up and moving. What better way than introducing them to exciting forms of cardio fitness? These heavy bags will help us introduce Cardio Kickboxing to our students.

Our students love learning new and exciting skills and we know they will be into leaning how Kickboxing will help with their cardio fitness, as well as their overall fitness both while in school and when they are out of school.

We love that our students get excited about physical fitness and are encouraged to broaden their vision of what physical fitness looks like. We go beyond traditional sports and endeavor to bring new skills to our classroom like these heavy bags for kickboxing.
