This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As our year comes to an end we plan for our campus wide Kickball Tournament where teams from each grade level 6th, 7th, and 8th compete for the right to be Kickball Champions of the school!

As our students conclude STAAR and MAP testing, they are ready to get out, have fun, relieve stress, and play some kickball!

This project will provide snacks and hydrating Gatorade for my 6th grade team over the span of the 2 day tournament. The popsicles will then be used the last day of school/ end of tournament during our final summer send off! Our project reaching its goal would allow for our 2nd popsicle send off! Thanks to Donorschoose, last year we were able to give every student and staff member a popsicle! Let’s reach our goal together to provide a cool treat to our students!!
