My Project

I have gifted and talented 6th and 7th graders this school year who crave the extra challenge to reach their potential in my classroom.

I would like to support them by providing them the technology that is lacking in my classroom.

My students are curious and motivated learners. They come from very diverse cultural backgrounds, and many are receiving free or reduced lunch. I would like to foster their critical and creative thinking through the use of technology in order for them to be college and career ready. They enjoy applying their technology skills through coding and video editing. Having a keyboard in our classroom will allow them another experience to utilize advanced technology, integrate our Chromebooks to configure lessons, and practice finger dexterity all while having fun and learning a new skill through music. My students enjoy music and they can build stronger connections especially during free time or after school.
