My Project

My students are diverse and motivated learners who strive for the American dream, attending class daily despite personal hardships. Many are immigrants or, come from poor educational backgrounds but remain enthusiastic about improving their literacy skills. They enjoy practicing reading, speaking, and writing. Key materials for the science of reading, such as word-building charts, phonics tiles, posters, CVC objects, dry-erase lapboards, magnetic letters, and reading merchandise will greatly enhance their skills. These tools will help them practice reading, speaking, listening, and word pronunciation, and will be used in intervention classes for intensive reading lessons.
