My Project

These items will help my 2nd grade students learn about Kentucky birds and their habitat. We will discuss the birds that live in Kentucky and how these birds are affected by our environment and climate. It is so important for our kids to go outside, explore the world, and learn about nature. Birds are animals that are often overlooked, however, my students have a great interest in them! These supplies will help us build bird houses and discuss bird behavior. We will also be able to observe birds in order to learn about their habits, how they make nests, what they eat, etc.
