This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of the students in my school come in with old coats and some even come in with no coats. I am requesting coats to help give out to these students to help keep them warm. It has been especially cold lately and I want to help make sure all students are warm! The gloves and hats will also help ensure that students are staying warm. Students will be able to use their hats and gloves on the weekend as well! Making sure students have proper attire for the winter months is key to keeping them healthy and warm.
