Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. This year especially, I know that they are going through so much more that is completely out of their control. Having experienced Hurricane Harvey, many of them are still out of their homes.
My students need an apple mac book laptop to learn about the updated technology and flexible seating to move around in the classroom.
I would like for my students to have an apple laptop to use in the classroom so that they can keep up with modern technology. Many of the classroom apps are supported by apple and we don't have access to them.
My Project
The students need to keep up with technology in the classroom and a lot of the times we are unable to use the materials that we have because they are not supported by the software.
We need an apple mac book laptop so we can keep up with technology in the classroom and be able to move around the room with it into flexible seating.
Our students need to have the opportunity to use up to date technology that is only supported by apple devices. I would like for them to keep up with technology as well as have the option of moving around into flexible seating in the classroom.
