Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My adult English language learners are dedicated, hardworking, and eager to improve their skills. Many are immigrants and refugees building new lives in our community while balancing work, family, and education. In our classroom, we build not only language skills but also a supportive learning environment.

This project will provide healthy snacks like Skinny Pop popcorn and organic gummy bears to keep students energized and focused during lessons.

Kleenex tissues (including antiviral packs) will help us maintain a healthy space during cold and flu season. A set of colorful EXPO dry erase markers and a fun magnetic whiteboard eraser will keep lessons interactive and visually engaging, making language practice more memorable.

By supporting this project, you’ll help create a welcoming, healthy, and dynamic classroom where students can focus on learning and feel cared for every day.
