My Project
I am asking for donations to help my students get new items that we desperately need to make our nap time more successful. The nap mats we are currently using are cracked and have the stuffing exposed, making them uncomfortable and difficult to sanitize. I am also asking for light covers to help with the glare of the fluorescent lights in our room.
Many of my special needs students do not have blankets to bring in for nap time, and I currently do not have enough extras to go around.
I'm hoping to get new fleece blankets to keep them warm and cozy. Many of my students have trouble sleeping at night, so the little nap they are allowed to take at school is important to their health and safety.
