My Project

Keeping kids engaged is one of the biggest challenges AND keys to success in teaching! Students will have fun learning and won't even realize when time passes with the right tools. Students will easily be able to practice targeted learning outcomes! When students are engaged they are not bored. They do not lose focus! The tools I am requesting for my classroom will make a world of difference in keeping my first graders engaged throughout the school year!

Dice, headlamps, magnets, manipulative, fun reading glasses, and stacking cups are all tools that will help to keep my students engaged and learning every day!

I recently attended a teacher's conference where the focus was on teaching teachers strategies to keep student engagement high! The items I have requested are all ones I made a list of that I need to implement fun ideas I learned about! I am excited to use the tools I will receive to help my amazing first grade students immediately.
