This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Young learners thrive in a space that’s organized and predictable. Right now, our classroom lacks personal storage, which means student supplies are often scattered in shared bins or stacked on desks—leading to distractions and lost learning time.
These simple, sturdy pouches will give each child a designated space to keep their folders, notebooks, and supplies within reach.
Seat sacks will help our classroom stay tidy, reduce transition time, and foster independence by giving students responsibility for their own materials. They’ll help us make the most of every minute we have to learn, explore, and grow.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
