I am going to be a third-year Kindergarten teacher next year and I am excited to recreate my classroom. I am moving to a new room and I am excited to think back on my last two years and things that could make next year even better. I am a true believer that the more organized and decluttered a classroom looks it is the better environment for kids to learn in. These shelves and storage items will allow me to make our space a safe learning space.
Some students might not come from the best homes and my classroom might be the safest feeling area in which they spend their time so I want to make it welcoming for them.
We will be using these items to store books in our reading area, our centers/ morning tub items, our craft items, and more. Students spend more than half of their time at school during the year and it is important for it to be a good space for them to enjoy. Thank you for your consideration. My students deserve the absolute world and they would benefit greatly from this donation.
