This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very sweet and very kind children. Unfortunately, some of our students do not have snacks provided for them at home. It is our pleasure to help provide this to them daily.

A fresh and healthy snack in the afternoon can help to excite and motivate my students to keep working hard through the end of the day.

The students truly look forward to it and it allows them to refuel and refocus.

Additionally, a refrigerator will allow us to keep certain lunches and snacks that must stay cold, cold.
