Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We are an AVID school and we are working on our organizational skills and how to keep us accountable and on track with our learning. These book baskets will help us keep an organized desk.

Our second graders are hard workers!

Many of our students come from low-income houses and there isn't a lot of money for supplies. Using the book baskets will keep our supplies organized in our desk which will help keep them in good shape and not go missing.

Students have done such a great job with keeping their agendas updated and returning their home folders that contain parent communication. Our next step is to work on keeping our work area clean and organized.
