My Students

On March 12th I said goodbye to my school friends expecting to see them on the following Monday. We didn't know the virus had other plans for us. After a few weeks off and some major planning on the administration end we embarked in distance learning.

I would like to give my students some materials to make their learning more hands on and at the same time help their parents get them ready for kindergarten next year, such as watercolors, playdough, journals, etc.

My Project

These materials will make it easier for students to participate in learning activities that we suggest for parents to do with their child as they prepare to send them on to kindergarten or young 5s next year.

They have both materials to work on literacy and math at home.

Then paper students will be able to create and practice their writing skills. The lacing materials will help with their fine motor skills as those skills are very important as they move on to kindergarten and are expected to do more writing. The dice and shapes will help them with math activities such as counting, number recognition, and patterns.
