This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many students struggle academically, and it can be hard to find the motivation to put in their best effort knowing that they are lower than the other students. Giving students motivation by rewarding their effects and even the smallest progress can help engage the students to continue pushing each day. Setting goals for the students each week so they students know what their reaching for can be exciting as they know not only are they getting a reward to reach this goal but also excelling academically and improving each day!
