Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach an incredible group of hardworking English learners who are eager to grow and succeed. My students come from diverse backgrounds, and many face challenges outside the classroom, yet they show up every day ready to learn. They are determined, curious, and full of potential, and I want to provide them with the best possible learning environment.
Unfortunately, our classroom lacks proper ventilation, making it extremely hot during warm days.
This discomfort makes it difficult for my students to focus, engage, and do their best work. By adding two Dyson Cool Gen1 TP10 Purifier fans, I can create a cooler, more comfortable space where they can concentrate and thrive. These fans will not only regulate the temperature but also help with air quality, ensuring a healthier learning environment.
My goal is to remove barriers that hinder my students’ learning and provide a space where they feel comfortable and ready to excel. With your support, we can create a classroom that fosters engagement, focus, and academic success. Thank you for helping my students stay cool and keep learning!
