This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are incredibly dynamic and colorful and have a lot to say. It is important to keep them focus and help take care of their needs. Keeping my room organized and having snacks for them allows my students to focus on the deep thinking that we do in class. They appreciate the little things and making them feel special. As you all know, when you are hungry or disorganized, it prevents a person from focusing on the task that is in front of you.

So when students are on point, participating in class, or doing what is right, it is important to recognize that positive behavior.

It is also enjoyable for me to recognize students doing a great job.
