Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Staying healthy is important for maintaining a productive learning environment. Washing hands after sneezing or coughing prevents the spread of germs. Wiping down desks daily will help to maintain a germ free classroom.
A clean classroom is a healthy classroom.
Hand soap will prevent the spread of germs and ensure perfect attendance in the classroom. Baby wipes will be used to clean up desks after a fun day of learning. Band aids are essential in a first-grade class for all the little booboos that happen throughout the day. Lip balm will keep little mouths moisturized, prevent cracking, and support oral hygiene.
1st graders show their understanding of writing strategies by revising their work daily. Flair pens are a great tool to use to show those revisions.
