My Project
Our school is a community based school dedicated to providing our students with the best possible educational experience. Many of our students face challenges beyond the classroom that can impact their well-being and academic success. One of the difficulties we are seeing is access to basic necessities, such as clean clothing.
To support our students in their efforts to stay in school and succeed academically, we are reaching out to request a donation of a washer and dryer.
Having these appliances on site would allow us to offer students a safe, convenient place to wash their clothing during the school day, helping to reduce any barriers caused by limited access to laundry facilities at home.
This initiative would greatly enhance the overall student experience by fostering a sense of dignity and confidence, ensuring that students can attend school with clean clothes, which, as we know, plays a crucial role in self-esteem and focus. Many of our students and families face financial challenges, and having access to these essential services would be a tremendous benefit to them.
