Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For many of my students, the brightest part of their day takes place inside the classroom. Sadly, they reside in an area that has been systematically plagued with decades of racial and socio-economical neglect. To add insult to injury, this neighborhood has been severely impacted by COVID and its aftermath.
Their well-being is important—please assist me in keeping the space clean so I can offer them a clean learning environment!
Please help me make this a priority. These children deserve a sanitized learning environment. When students get sick, it sets off a domino effect, as they bring germs home and spread them to their family and friends.
My students are full of potential. They are bright shining beacons of light. I am asking for assistance so that they can glow like the stars that they are, while staying healthy.
