This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The new plastic two-sided counters will serve to replace our old dirty hole-poked, wrote-on foam ones!
Plastic durable counters will help students stay focused on counting-on, not drawing on them! Students are often swept away in what they discover was done to the counters, or what can yet be done to foam counters!
If this project gets funded, students will be able to work with hard counters that are durable and long-lasting and thus less distracting and better for the environment in the long run.
They are simply used for counting, and that helps the kids keep counting on!
