Help me give my students multiple ways to enjoy their school experience successfully via sensory items and fun games. My student's love sand, and different textures to help them relax and self-soothe.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
All of my students mean the world to me, and everyone that they meet. I have the pleasure of learning from them daily, and can only aspire to provide the same teaching and exciting experience on a daily basis. My students needs are highly different, and they are all beautifully unique and one of a kind!
These materials such as the Neptune activity table, sensory mood egg, or magnet tiles, will not only provide my class multiple opportunities to destress and self-soothe, as well as play and have fun.
My students love school and their special needs allow me to expand my teaching skills to meet their unique needs.
The majority of my class is non-verbal so playing and self-soothing is imperative to their success. Help me to provide as much as possible to my kiddos because they deserve it all.
