My Project

Allowing students to have snacks in school can help improve their focus and overall academic performance. When students go for long periods without eating, their energy levels drop, which can lead to fatigue, irritability, and trouble concentrating. Healthy snacks provide a quick source of nutrients and energy that help keep the brain alert and engaged. For growing children and teenagers, regular fuel is especially important to support both learning and development. Having snacks available also reduces the distraction of hunger, allowing students to stay more attentive during lessons and better retain information.
