Kawaii Art How-to-Draw Station in K/1 Split Classroom

Help me give my students an art station for daily art rotations including sets of how to draw books, artist sketch pads for all, and specialty art markers.

My Project

As I dream about the K/1 split classroom I will teach next year, I am drawn to the idea of a daily art station including sets of how to draw books, specilty art markers, and an artist sketch pads for each student.

Students self confidence will boost as they develop new skills, and art is one of the most important skills that supports student mental health.

We do not have a full time art teacher at our school, so it is up to the classroom teachers to provide engaging art experiences. This project would fill a great need in my classroom. Thank you for your consideration!
